How do I request a return or replacement?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your order within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
Steps to request a return:
Contact us at info@nivari.shop with your order number and reason for return. Ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Damaged or faulty items can be replaced under our Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
