A contract is only formed once your order has been processed and dispatched. 

Nivari reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorised resale. 

PRICING & PAYMENT 

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully authorised and processed.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept secure payment methods including:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

Shipping and delivery information is outlined separately in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. 

Nivari is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier providers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Nivari will provide a repair, replacement, or refund.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, Nivari may offer promotional codes, gifts with purchase, or limited-time offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be combined
• Discount codes are not redeemable for cash
• Promotions apply only during the advertised promotional period
• Nivari reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time

Where a refund is issued for an order that included a promotional item, the promotional item may also need to be returned.
